Reload the AI chat tab after installing or updating PromptDock so it re-attaches to the page. Check the site is supported (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Copilot, Mistral, Poe, Google AI Studio) and that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions. Still nothing? Email us the site you're on and we'll dig in.
Pro unlocks in the exact Chrome profile and browser you bought it in. Open the extension, confirm you're on the same profile, and reload the page. If it's still locked, send us your checkout email and we'll restore it by hand.
Open the extension's Options page and choose Export to save your whole library as a JSON file. On another computer, install PromptDock and use Import to bring it back. Pro users can also turn on cross-device sync to keep signed-in browsers in step automatically.
Everything lives locally in your browser, so removal is instant and total: clear your library from the Options page, or just uninstall the extension. Nothing is left behind on our end — there are no servers holding your prompts.
